“Full speed ahead!”
- David Farragut
“This party is nice,” Ben said as he looked around the room. “The music is terrible. I wanted to be a singer once, I was pretty good. Now, I am a questionable businessman… That is life, old friend.”
“Why do you have to focus on business?” Voltaire asked as he straightened the custom tailored suit that covered his entire body and adjusted his wig. “We are about to commit the crime of the century for Drusilla and then we’ll be on her payroll. This is the stability you always wanted. The painting is only here for three days and this will be the only time security will be this light. This is the greatest opportunity we could ever have.”
“I said the party was nice.” Ben glanced at the blue prints he had carefully hid in his wallet. “Now loudly announce to everyone we’re here to steal the painting of a love goddess.”
Voltaire answered in his mock loud voice “I like your optimism about the party, but I only have one flaw… I hate weddings.”
